Jack is developing into such a happy little boy. Now that he's stopped breastfeeding, starting to move around more, and sleeping through the night, I feel like he's not that little baby anymore. He's growing fast! Yesterday and today I've heard snippets of a 'ma' sound which is exciting! I hope he says some words soon! I hold his hands while he stands and he walks along with me, one foot in front of the other. Sometimes he stumbles, but he likes practising. I remember Amy doing the same thing at this age. They are very alike in their physical development when I compare them at the same age.
Yesterday Jack spent a lot of time playing with his toy basket. He tipped all the toys out, and played with the basket instead.
We went to Norma and Brian's house for lunch today. Amy was so excited to be there, bouncing from couch to floor to Nana's arms...
Jack was shy at first, but eventually warmed up. He gave both Nana and Pa lovely cuddles for a long time.
