Playing games

Amy loves her sticker book .  It's filled with picture pages and stickers that you use to complete sections of the book. We always do it together,  as she needs some help to peel off the stickers,  and find the page where they go.  We have almost finished the whole book,  and I think I will have to buy a new one soon.

Jack loves the outdoor swing. He leans towards it as I carry him outside and gets so excited,  kicking his legs everywhere. Our red swing was rather sun damaged and the rope was starting to fray,  so we now have a nice new blue one.  We mounted it in a different position,  and lengthened the ropes/chains to give more swinging room.

Amy was enjoying colouring in her Wiggles book today (thanks Nana and Pa).  I've been trying to teach her the correct way to hold the pencil/marker.

We went to a playground today and enjoyed the spring warmth.  Jack spend the entire time sitting on the picnic rug eating. He now enjoys strawberries and watermelon. Amy loved a spinning platform which she called a "steering wheel".  She was telling me how "busy"  she was getting, when she was spinning around.  She meant to say "dizzy", but insisted "busy" sounded funnier. I couldn't help but agree.
