This is a special post to show our love and gratitude to Michael (aka Daddy). Michael works tirelessly so I can be home with the kids. Being the 'breadwinner' is no doubt an overwhelming responsibility, which he takes on with pride and determination. Michael's position is very important and requires lots of behind-the-scenes attention. Despite his long days and nights, Michael gives everything to his family. I only have to look at Jack's smile when he sees his Daddy, or Amy's eyes light up when he walks in the door after work to know how much they both love him.
For Fathers Day, Amy helped me cook Michael some bacon and eggs. I put together a short video/slideshow of some photos of Michael with Amy and Jack. Amy and Jack gave him a few presents - a Toblerone, a case for his Samsung tablet, and a voucher to play golf. Michael rarely plays golf anymore, due to work and family commitments. Amy, Jack and I thought he deserves a break and should go and enjoy himself.
Happy Fathers Day Michael. We love you to the moon and back.
