We had such a great time away in Kiama and Jervis Bay. We spent a lot of time swimming and both kids developed lots of confidence in the water. The Kiama Big 4 was considerably better than some of the other Big 4's we have stayed at. The water park was amazing and Amy loved all the water slides!
We visited the Kiama blow hole, which Amy thought was hilarious! She laughed and laughed every time it would erupt with water. The weather was perfectly cool and windy that day, so the blow hole didn't disappoint!
We went to Jamberoo, which was a lot of fun! Amy and Jack loved the little water slides and we all enjoyed the toboggans.
Jervis Bay was beautiful. The weather was cooler so we didn't swim much. We took a boat trip to see some dolphins, but unfortunately didn't see any! But we didn't mind as the weather turned beautiful that afternoon and it was nice to be out on the water. Amy and Jack thought it was quite a thrill to be on a boat! The beaches are beautiful and we definitely want to return again to explore the area more.
Michael bought Amy a kids fishing rod, so she had lots of fun fishing from a little jetty where we were staying. She liked feeding the ducks around the water and we saw a cute family with 5 ducklings.
